Service visits start at $190, which includes up to two hours of labor. Materials and larger projects are quoted separately.
We can supply standard materials or work with materials you've already purchased — whichever works best for your project. Materials are billed separately. Material costs and any applicable procurement or handling charges will be communicated as part of the approved service scope.

Minor fixture replacement and routine maintenance support may be available depending on project scope. Larger, code-driven, permitted, panel, wiring, sewer, or specialty-trade work is outside our standard handyman scope and is referred out to an appropriately licensed trade partner.
We'll tell you honestly if a project falls outside our scope or requires a specialty license, and help point you toward the right resource rather than take on work we're not authorized to perform.
